Accessing the Client Portal
To access the portal, follow these authentication and verification steps.

Enter your credentials:
Enter your username and password, then select Sign in.

Check your email:
The system will send a 6-digit verification code to your registered email address.

Verify your access:
Enter the code you received and select Verify code to complete the sign-in process.
If you received a temporary password, after completing the sign-in process the system will ask you to create a new password.
Getting to know the portal
Identify the main areas and options available in the Client Portal.
Documents
View the documents available for the selected entity.

Select the year:
Use the year filter to view the documents corresponding to the period you want to review.

Search documents:
Use the search field to quickly locate a document by its name or related information.

Open or download:
Select the document you want to review to open it or download it to your device.
Sent documents
View the documents you have previously sent through the Client Portal.

Send a new document:
Select Upload New Document to open the screen where you can add and send new files.

Filter and search documents:
Use the tax year and search field to locate the sent documents you want to review.

Review your sent documents:
In this section, you can view the files that have already been sent through the portal.
Send documents
Send documents securely through the Client Portal.

Select the year:
Select the tax year that corresponds to the document you want to send.

Add the files:
Select or drag the files you want to send from your device.

Send the documents:
Review the selected files and confirm the submission to upload them to the portal.
Questionnaires
Complete the questionnaires available for the selected entity.

Select the questionnaire:
Normally, only the latest tax year will be available. In special cases, you may select another enabled year.

Complete the information:
Answer the requested questions and complete the required information.

Save your progress:
Use Save Draft to keep the information entered and continue later.

Finalize the questionnaire:
When finished, select Save and Finalize to submit the questionnaire as completed.
